Matt Curinga is Assistant Professor and Director of the Program in Educational Technology at Adelphi University School. He is developing a new graduate program in educational technology, with a focus on open education, currently accepting applications for Fall 2012.
Matt recently received his doctorate from the program in Communications, Computing, and Technology in Education at Columbia University’s Teachers College. His research interests include social software (social networks, wikis, blogs, etc.), technology & freedom, software affordances, mobile computing, and language acquisition.
He lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife Cynthia and two children.
